FiW Team Presents ecReUse at IWA Water Reuse Conference in Cape Town
Sharing Knowledge and Networking on Water Reuse Technologies in Capetown
Two members of the FiW team, representing the ecReUse project consortium, participated in the 2025 IWA Water Reuse Conference in Cape Town. During the event, they presented the ecReUse project, highlighting its innovative technologies, including the membrane bioreactor, anaerobic digester, continuous sand filter, and camera-based monitoring system, as well as the project’s objectives for sustainable wastewater management and resource recovery.
In addition to presenting the project, the FiW team engaged in extensive networking with international experts, exchanged experiences on advanced water reuse technologies, and explored potential collaborations for future research and project activities.
The conference offered a valuable platform to showcase ecReUse’s technical innovations and foster knowledge exchange between researchers, practitioners, and policymakers in the water reuse sector.
